Sexual Reassignment Surgery In Detail
Note the unusual but common high bust line in MtF Transexuals
Implants have been inserted underneath the breast muscle via an incision in the arm pit
4 days after surgery. The bust line is now much further down and the breast has a rounder, fuller appearance which will further improve over the next 12 month

Before the operation.
Only hours after the operation. Still covered with dressings. The yellowish tube is the catheter which connects to newly constructed urethra opening
After 3 days the dressings where removed. Lots of bruising. However, you can clearly see how parts of the skin of the penis have been used to create the outer lips of the labia. (The skin of the scrotum plus the reminder of the penis skin have been used to create the 4 1/5 inch deep vagina).
3 weeks after the operation whilst dilating. The bruising has gone but there is still a considerate amount of swelling left.
The medical certificate reads:
... the surgery was consisted of penectomy (removal of penis shaft), vaginal opening reconstruction, urethral opening reconstruction, outer labia construction, sensate clitoral hood & neo-clitoris construction and inverted penile vaginoplasty with scrotal skin craft....
... breast augmentation surgery with 550 cc cohesive gel implant and reduction rhinoplasty where also done at the same time as SRS as additional procedures...
... for medical and legal reasons, she is now an infertile female since her gender has been permanently changed to female because of sex reassignment surgery...... her endocrinology now is hypogonadel and will therefore require female sex hormones for her lifetime to remain healthy..
